The Latest Titanic Poster Released, Kate Winslet’s Different Hair Style Makes It Crazy

Film ‘Titanic’ is back in theaters to celebrate 25 years of its release, this time in a version remaster three dimension. However, fans’ attention was instead distracted by Kate Winslet’s hair in the latest poster.
The poster still shows the two main characters, Rose DeWitt Bukater, played by Kate, and Jack Dawson (Leonardo DiCaprio), embracing. The difference is, Kate’s face is facing to the right and shows more clearly her red hair.
It’s just that fans are confused by Kate’s hairstyle, which looks one-sided. The hair on the left side is slightly wavy, while the hair on the right is more curly.
“Why did he appear with two different hairstyles?” commented film critic Hunter Harris on Twitter as quoted by PageSix.
Many reactions have emerged in the form of memes. “He was perming his hair when the ship hit the iceberg?” wrote a netizen by including a photo of comedian Amy Poehler’s facial expressions with opposite hair.
Although the appearance caused confusion and scorn, some saw it as a symbol.
A tweet says Rose’s hair on the poster represents the double life she has to live. “She has to live up to the role of an elite and her desire to live freely with Jack,” she wrote.
Rose and Jack are told to meet for the first time on the Titanic on its maiden voyage from England to the US. Dubbed cruise ship ‘unsinkable’ or might not sink it then sank in the Atlantic Ocean on April 15, 1912 because it hit an iceberg. While the Titanic tragedy is a real event, Rose and Jack are fictional characters.
After its first release in 1997, James Cameron’s film has become the all-time global box office winner and currently holds the status of the third highest-grossing film worldwide.
‘Titanic’ won 11 Oscar awards at the Academy Awards, ranging from best film to best music. Starting today, the film, which managed to break the record with a gross income of US $ 1 billion, is showing once more in cinemas around the world, including Indonesia, with 3D 4K HDR quality and high-frame rate.

The Apple Watch Ultra with microLED display will not arrive until 2025

Apple is rumored to be preparing to introduce its new microLED Apple Watch Ultra soon. The “Ultra” is regarding to get more premium with the new type of display. For those who don’t know, the microLED presents itself as an evolution compared to the OLED. It will improve the quality of screens with more brightness and efficiency. Additionally, micro LED displays won’t suffer from the same burn-in issues that we often see in OLED panels. The Apple Watch Ultra will open the doors to this technology in Apple’s product ecosystem. This is great news for Apple fans, but apparently they’ll have to wait a bit longer.
microLED Apple Watch Ultra will take longer to come
Contrary to previous rumors of the Apple Watch Ultra microLED launching in 2024, it looks like this technology won’t arrive until 2025. This information comes from display analyst Ross Young. He claims that the new information comes directly from Apple supplier Osram. In its latest Q4 2022 earnings call, Osram says it expects to begin reporting microLED technology revenue in 2025. According to Ross Young, this information relates to a future microLED Apple Watch.

So far, many rumors have confirmed the Apple Watch Ultra with microLED display. It’s no surprise to see Apple launching this technology on the watch. After all, it has a compact screen and is therefore the perfect product to test its capabilities with new technology. In the future, Apple may even bring microLED iPhones. Analyst Jeff Pu pointed to the 2024 release, but with Osram’s latest statement, Young is pointing to the 2025 launch.

In fact, microLED is an emerging new technology that manufacturers are working to perfect. There is still room for improvement in the technology, and manufacturers will likely use the coming years to improve it. Until then, OLED will remain the mandatory technology on flagship devices.
microLED technology uses microscopic LEDs that form pixels. They offer accurate colors, high contrast ratio for HDR. There are better viewing angles and less risk of screen burn. It also has low latency for higher FPS support and lower power consumption efficiency.
Marula Mining enters into a cooperation agreement with Q Global

(Alliance News) – Marula Mining PLC said on January 31 that it has signed an underwriting agreement under which Q Global Commodities Group will subscribe for up to £3.75 million of shares in the Africa-focused miner .
Listed Marula said Q Global will subscribe for up to 100 million new shares at 3.75 pence each, split into five equal tranches of £750,000, assuming certain milestones are met.
Q Global will also provide extensive technical, financial and strategic support to Marula as it seeks to accelerate its strategy focused on battery metals in Africa.
Quinton van der Burgh, the chief executive of Q Global, will be named chairman of Marula as part of the arrangement.
Marula Mining shares closed down 0.5% at 5.62 pence in London on Tuesday.
