A young man who was the victim of a robbery in Bariloche, was beaten and shot three times, asked the Ministry of Health of Río Negro to speed up the times to access the prosthesis you need to keep your hand mobile.
The event occurred on the night of January 31 when Ariel Puel parked his car at the corner of Beschtedt and Brown to answer messages on his cell phone. He said that suddenly, two men got into the vehicle. They beat him and shot him three times.
“I don’t know where I got the strength from and how I got out of the moving car. Today my recovery is slow because it depends on some prostheses to start rehabilitating myself,” Puel summarized in a dialogue with Ideas Circulares on FM Bariloche.
That night, the young man parked his car to answer his phone and estimates that he stayed there for regarding 10 minutes. “Two people got on and began to hit me. One got in on my side and the other on the passenger side. Since they mightn’t get me into the back seat, they started to hurt me with a knife on my right leg. I didn’t see their faces because they told me to close my eyes. I broke down: I have never experienced a situation like this,” said this young man from Zapala who has lived in Bariloche for seven months.
The criminals asked him for money and according to Puel, “they were upset; They weren’t in their right mind.” “At one point, I was shot in the leg. I have a fractured tibia and fibula. I received another shot at knee height. At that moment, I realized that my life was at stake,” he said.
The worst moment, he warned, was when they aimed at his head. She decided to get into the fetal position. “I was shot point blank in the wrist. I felt my hand drop. I don’t know how but I managed to open the door and jumped out of the moving car looking for help,” she said.
Puel explained that today he has “two nails that stick out of his hand and he cannot walk because of the wound on his knee.” He can’t flex his leg either.
“The doctor insists on the urgency of the operation because the bones are healing badly. The situation worsens as time goes by. The doctor recommended that I get the prosthesis on my own to speed up the operation,” Puel said, adding: “I don’t have social work and I depend on public health. The order has already been made to the province, but they do not know when the materials will arrive. It comes out 327 thousand pesos. It’s not that much but I don’t have the money to face it. I ask the authorities for help. I’m physically and psychologically ill.”

iOS 16.4 will allow setting Apple ID to install betas; Car Keys may require U1 chip
Just like the first and second betas of iOS 16.4the third test version of the system, released yesterday for developers, also brought some news — smaller, this time.
Let’s check them out to follow.
Set Apple ID to Install Betas
In the third beta, Apple implemented improvements to the new process for distributing trial versions. More precisely, it will be possible to define a ID Apple specific to enable access to future betas (either developers or users enrolled in the Apple Beta Software Program).
In iOS 16.4 you will be able to specify an Apple ID only to receive beta updates.

i ️ Probably in the near future there will be no more profiles to install the betas. You will need to be enrolled in the Beta program (free) or be a developer ($99/year). pic.twitter.com/UeMFpNddFk— Vinicius Porto (@vinnitec) March 7, 2023
Previous betas made it clear that users would be required to sign into a developer account or opt into the public beta to access a trial build, but there was no option for individuals who have separate Apple IDs. This will therefore be much more intuitive.
The new option can be accessed at Settings » General » Software Update.
Car Keys may require U1 chip
The staff of 9to5Mac discovered code in the latest beta that references the feature car keyswhich may stop supporting NFC-only devicesNear field communicationor proximity field communication.”>1as currently occurs, and exclusively adopt the ultra-wideband standard (ultrawidebandor UWB).
Such a move would restrict support for the feature to iPhones and Apple Watch models equipped with the chip U1which just activates the ultra-wideband features.
Therefore, the function may require at least the iPhone 11 or the Apple Watch Series 6 – therefore eliminating support for the iPhone XS and Apple Watch Series 5, which currently work via NFC.
Other discoveries
Still in terms of the internal code of the new beta, the MacRumors revealed another snippet which shows that users may receive different prompts if an update to the Rapid Security Response (Fast Security Response) has caused problems with applications or the operating system. In these cases, it will be possible to remove the update.
Additionally, developer Steve Moser has shared some additional code changes and updates. no Twitter. Among them, the famous Apple Music Classical was added to the company’s privacy policy – but there is still no information regarding its official launch.
Finally, new colors will be released for Apple Watch dials.
From abortion to “women’s virtues”. What PiS presented to women during his rule
After two terms of office of the United Right, fewer and fewer Polish women want to have children. There is an almost complete ban on abortion, there is no refund for in vitro fertilization, and the minister of education wants the school to prepare girls for life according to “women’s virtues”. And yet, Jarosław Kaczyński’s party has not lost the support of women in its electorate.
