India will host the Women’s ODI World Cup in 2025. This is the fourth time that India has hosted the Women’s ODI World Cup. The decision was taken at the ICC annual council meeting held in Birmingham. Bangladesh will be the venue for the 2024 Women’s T20 World Cup. This is the first time that Bangladesh will host a major ICC women’s tournament.
The T20 World Cup will be held in September-October 2024. A year later, in the ODI World Cup in India, all eight teams will be replaced. The Women’s World Cup is coming to India for the first time in the last 10 years. India last hosted the Women’s ODI World Cup in 2013. Australia won the title by defeating Westins in the final that day.
