Kabul – After an attack in the northern Afghan provincial capital Aybak, the death toll has risen to 21. At least 24 people were injured, the authorities in Samangan province said on Thursday. The Interior Ministry of the Taliban, who rule the country, initially spoke of ten dead after the explosion in a Koran school on Wednesday. Local media have already reported higher casualties.
