21 dead in explosion at Kabul mosque – Afghanistan

Kabul – A heavy explosion in a Kabul mosque killed 21 people, according to Afghan sources. 33 other people were injured in the detonation on Wednesday during evening prayers, the police said on Thursday. Eyewitnesses had reported that a loud explosion might be heard in the north of the Afghan capital. Windows in surrounding buildings were shattered.
