RECOMMENDATIONS AGAINST HEAT

Gómez Bernal recommended not lowering our guard against the high temperatures that have been registered in the State and continue with preventive measures to avoid heat stroke:

>>Put on sunscreen two hours before sun exposure.

>>Use hats, umbrellas or caps to protect yourself from the heat.

>>Drink 2 to 3 liters of water daily and alternate it with oral serums to avoid dehydration.
