Jaipur: Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot inaugurated a 2.8 km long elevated road in the city of Jaipur, Rajasthan. The road is named Bharat Jodo Sethu. The construction cost of the road is 250 crores.
Gehlot renamed the road which was earlier known as Sodala Elevated Road as ‘Bharat Jodo Setu’. Interestingly, Gehlot chose this name while Congress’s Bharat Jodo Yatra was in progress.
Traffic between Ambedkar Circle and Ajmer Road will be eased with the coming of a new elevated road. Gehlot laid the foundation stone for six more new projects in Jaipur.
