On December 6, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and the State Administration for Market Regulation jointly issued a document announcing the list of 2023 smart manufacturing demonstration factories and outstanding scenarios. A total of 26 projects in our city were selected, including 9 Smart factory and 17 application scenarios.
The nine smart factory carrier companies selected in our city this time are Chongqing Conch Cement, Thalys Electric Vehicles, Chongqing Midea, Huafeng Chongqing, Yihai Kerry (Chongqing) Grain and Oil, Chongqing Porton Pharmaceuticals, OPPO (Chongqing) ) Mobile intelligent terminals, Chongqing Hikvision, Chongqing Mengxun Electronics; 17 application scenarios involve Chongqing Huaxing glass precise distribution, Chongqing Huike Jinyu Optoelectronics Technology digital twin factory construction, Chongqing Baiya sanitary products intelligent warehousing, etc.
According to the relevant person in charge of the Municipal Economic and Information Technology Commission, since this year, driven by the construction of Digital Chongqing, our city has used “production lines, workshops, and factories” as the unit gradient to implement intelligentization of traditional and emerging industries such as automobiles, equipment, medicine, and materials. Transformation, gradually realize the digital transformation of “all factors, all processes, all ecology”, promote the extension of digital and intelligent transformation from leading enterprises to small and medium-sized enterprises in the industrial chain, and extend from the manufacturing link to all links of the supply chain, so as to enhance “Made in Chongqing” core competitiveness.
So far, the city has implemented a total of 6,080 intelligent transformation projects, and the production efficiency of demonstration projects has increased by nearly 60% on average.
Within this year, our city will complete the construction of 17 smart factories and 224 digital workshops, with a total of 144 smart factories and 958 digital workshops built.
