2,943 “Houthi” mines removed within a week

The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center “Masam” project to clear the Yemeni lands of mines extracted 2,943 mines during the fourth week of May, which were planted by the terrorist Houthi militia in various governorates.
In a statement, the Center stated that the removed mines, including 159 anti-personnel mines, 325 anti-tank mines, 2447 unexploded ordnance, and 12 explosive devices, brought the number of mines cleared during the month of May to 6,481 mines.
The center pointed out that the number of mines cleared since the beginning of the “Masam” project amounted to 342,374 mines, which were randomly planted by the Houthi militias throughout Yemen to harvest more innocent victims of children, women and the elderly.
