According to the report quoting figures from China’s Department of Health, at least 25.8 crore people (18% of the population) may have been affected by Covid-19 till the 20th of this month. In China’s southwestern province of Sichuan and its capital, Beijing, nearly half of the population is infected with Covid-19.
