《Heavy Arms: Mental Torment》 was proposed and created by the independent game development team Croteam in 2019. After joining hands with the global independent game publisher Devolver Digital, the game level has been successfully upgraded and is ready for players to come and unlock it. At present, the game has been launched on Steam and is open for early access. In the depths of an abandoned temple lies a cursed artifact—an ancient contraption that holds things beyond your imagination. Could this be the key to the heart of the demigod “Mad Cow” who is in charge of destruction? This may be “Hero Sam”‘s only chance to dig deep into the center of the world created by “Mad Cow”‘s twisted delusions, and the ensuing missions will send him into battle after battle, facing a group of fearless Crazy monsters—just like before, yes.

《Heavy Arms: Mental Torment》 will add a new area “The Fortress (provisional translation: Soul Fortress)” in the future full version, and new hostile creatures and elite monsters will appear in the area, as well as “torment”. “Torment” is a special gameplay mechanism in the game, which will pre-set the player’s starting weapons, abilities and environmental conditions, and the results of each round will be ranked on the leaderboard.

More weapons, add-ons, abilities, quests and background music will be released in the next update, and there will even be a brand new character added to the game – “Ugh Zan Jr” !
