4.6 earthquake was felt in Caroní and Ciudad Bolívar

The epicenter was in Irapa, in Sucre state.

Inhabitants of different sectors of Ciudad Guayana reported an earthquake on the night of this Tuesday, November 29. Also from Ciudad Bolívar in the Angostura del Orinoco municipality it would have been perceived.

They indicated that it was mild and short, but in some cases it shook windows and beds, when several were already preparing to sleep.

Shortly following 10:20 p.m. the earthquake was felt.

According to Funvisis, the magnitude was 4.6 and it had a depth of 29.6 kilometers.

The epicenter was registered three kilometers from Irapa in Sucre state.

Through social networks, many went ahead and reported the tremor, others affirm that they “did not feel it.”

In the state of Monagas, specifically in Punta de Mata, the “earth was also moved.”
