Around 41 Venezuelans were arrested after participating in a clandestine party in the vicinity of Parque O’Higgins, in Chile, where a shooting was recorded during the celebration.
The incident occurred in the early hours of Sunday, leaving 41 Venezuelans detained and one Chilean as a result.
As reported by local media, the party took place in a hidden parking lot in Santiago.
In the early hours of the morning some of the guests began to heat up until a fight broke out. Those present with weapons began to shoot.
The Chilean authorities immediately arrived at the scene, surrounding the premises and arresting those present, most of whom were of Venezuelan nationality.
When the uniformed men arrived at the scene, the subjects with weapons had escaped. In the midst of that commotion, they seized 17 cars that their owners abandoned and are currently in the corralones.
