The data shows that the number of 5G users has grown steadily between 400,000 and 500,000 per quarter this year.
As of the second quarter of 2023, the number of mobile communication users in Taiwan was 30.146 million, a decrease of 21,000 users from the previous quarter. Among them, the number of monthly rental users was 24.468 million, a decrease of 43,000 users from the previous quarter; the number of prepaid users was 5.678 million users, an increase of 21,000 users from the previous quarter.
