5 easy steps to green health

Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN) — The Saudi Ministry of Health has issued a set of tips aimed at enjoying good health, as part of the “Saudi Green” initiative.

The Ministry explained, through its official account on Twitter, “Live Healthy”, that there are 5 steps that can make health green, namely: growing a plant inside and outside the house, and replacing a plastic water bottle with a refillable can.

The ministry also advised replacing driving a car with walking or riding a bicycle to reach nearby places, in addition to replacing electricity with sunlight during the day, refraining from smoking, and not throwing cigarette waste into the environment.
