It’s an ultra-thin notebook that boasts a lot of battery life, a 13th generation Intel Core i7 processor and an OLED screen. It’s a two-in-one touch-screen model, meaning we can fold the notebook and use it in tablet mode! In this post I will explain 5 reasons why a person would buy this notebook.

Reason 1: Excellent construction
The first and main reason to buy this notebook is very simple: it has an excellent construction. During the entire time I worked with him I caught myself thinking several times, “Wow, this notebook is really good”.
It all starts on the outside: the Galaxy Book 3 360 It has a metallic finish that is soft to the touch, which in addition to giving the product a very beautiful appearance, makes the structure of the notebook very rigid and robust.
As for the hinges, the ones on this note are some of the best I’ve ever used. The tactile sensation of adjusting the screen is very satisfactory, and the structure does not wobble, regardless of the angle you choose.
Another part of the construction that looks very premium is the touchpad and keyboard. I confess that I didn’t use the touchpad much, as I prefer the mouse, but it has a very smooth texture and is very spacious. The keyboard is Full-Size, great news for people who enjoy using the numeric part on notebook keyboards.
The keys are translucent and backlit in white, useful for those who enjoy navigating in the dark. Ah, the keyboard is ABNT – we do have the Ç key and all the accents necessary to write in Portuguese, something that is very important for me as I write a lot.

Although the touchpad and keyboard are great, there is a third method of navigating this notebook. As you may already know, it folds into a tablet. Exactly, this guy’s AMOLED screen here is completely touchscreen, just turn it to the opposite side and the keyboard is deactivated and we can use the notebook as if it were a tablet.
I found this very useful for watching videos and movies: you can stay very comfortable and close to the screen without the keyboard getting in the way in front.
This touch mode also works with the notebook in its normal position, so if you enjoy navigating with your fingers or even a pen, the Galaxy Book 360 is one of the few that allows this here in the national market.
Ok, the notebook folds and the screen is touch, but how is the quality of this screen, are the colors good? We are talking here about a panel AMOLED in the resolution FULL HD e 60 Hz in the refresh rate. Anyone who follows the channel knows how much I like OLED screens. It is a panel without backlight, that is, it does not have that backlight leaking through, leaving the image with a washed out appearance. Here the colors are vivid, the brightness is extremely strong and the viewing angles are perfect. It works great for watching movies, series, working with graphic design, video editing, in short, I could stay here for a whole hour just talking about the screen, but we still have three other reasons to buy it.

The third reason to buy the Galaxy Book 3 is the battery. This is a very important factor when deciding to buy a notebook, since what’s the point of buying a notebook with portability in mind when most of the time you’ll have it stuck to the socket? The Galaxy Book 3 has 4 power modes: noiseless, silent, optimized it’s atlta performance. Of all these, the one I used most was optimized. There is no reason to use silent modes, as the notebook barely makes any noise, even when using high performance mode.
In this optimized mode I can work almost an entire afternoon on battery power alone, approximately 5 hours of intense use with plenty of brightness, which is quite impressive to see in a compact notebook.
Reason 4: Portability comes first
Speaking of a compact notebook, this is one of the reasons to buy the Galaxy Book. If you travel a lot and need to carry your notebook from one place to another, it’s definitely worth giving this note a try.
Portability is the most important feature and also the main reason the Galaxy Book has such a high price: it is not cheap to develop a light, thin notebook with a lot of performance.
Our model is the largest, with a 13th generation i7 processor and 15-inch screen. Its weight is approximately 1.5 kg. Its thickness when closed is no more than 15 millimeters. That’s right, Samsung managed to put a cutting-edge i7 in a notebook less than two centimeters thick. This helps a lot when fitting it into a backpack or suitcase.
And despite it being a thin and light note, the metal construction keeps the entire structure very solid – unlike those plastic notebooks that bend easily.
Another factor that helps with portability is the charger. We have a common 65W USB-C charger here. In addition to filling the notebook’s battery, this charger is also compatible with other devices: on a trip I took, with this single charger I was able to keep the notebook, my cell phone, headset and even the wireless mouse charged. So no need to carry multiple chargers and cables around, this little guy here can handle everything USB-C.
Now Samsung just needs to start including this powerful charger in its cell phones. It would be really good.
Reason 5: Performance
And the last reason to buy the Galaxy Book 3 360 is performance: With 16GB of high-speed DDR4 memory and Intel Core i7-1360P CPU you can work extremely efficiently in video editing, Excel spreadsheets, image editing on photoshop, architecture, etc.
Everything you tell this notebook to do, it executes immediately, it’s not one of those notebooks that you have to think about before carrying out the task.

Of course, the processor temperature does reach 100 degrees Celsius, but this is to be expected from ultra-thin notebooks. The important thing is that all this heat goes to the back of the notebook – the keyboard even gets hot, between 35 and 40 degrees Celsius in the part where the processor is, but this temperature didn’t bother me during use, even with it on my lap. .
