The objectives set by the two ministries aim to promote university cooperation, the mobility of students, teachers and researchers, to support the teaching of the language and culture of the two countries and to organize joint meetings, activities and conferences. , we specify. On the sidelines of this visit, a meeting was organised, in a hybrid format, with rectors and representatives of universities which have faculties of medicine and pharmacy in their structure. These Romanian officials, who noted the large number of Moroccans studying in Romanian establishments, were favorable to welcoming Moroccans enrolled in Ukrainian universities who meet the criteria and procedures decided at the level of universities in Romania. To facilitate this process, the need for an information campaign aimed at Moroccan refugee students in Ukraine regarding the places available by year of study and by specialization, the criteria applicable to academic mobility, the procedures for submitting applications, as well as the timetable established for this process was highlighted.
