Velo’s Field Test Features Six Bikes, Including Four Key All-road Bike Models And Two Control Bikes-One Gravel And One Pure Road-For Benchmarking. The primary all-road contenders are the Specialized Roubaix, Leaves, Stinner Carrizo Select, and BMC Roadmachine. A Devinci Hatchet serves as the gravel bike control, while a Specialized Goesos represents the pure road category. All bikes are equipped with 32mm slick Continental Grand Prix 5000 S control tires to ensure a level playing field.
