62 Bitcoin land as a “treasure chest” on the moon – and anyone can get it – Webmix

This pirate treasure isn’t on a deserted island in the Caribbean, it’s on the surface of the moon. Instead of a wooden box full of gold doubloons, a fortune in the form of Bitcoin awaits the finder, at least according to the US company Lunarcrush. The company wants to send 62 bitcoins worth around 1.6 million euros into space on a Space X Falcon 9 rocket. After a 14-day journey – or a lunar day – the crypto treasure chest will land on the south pole of the moon and stay there until someone claims it.
