Günter Stratznig has weeks of uncertainty behind him. Since a serious skiing accident in 2010, the man from Wagrain has been paralyzed from the waist down and needs 24-hour care. The state of Salzburg is now questioning the necessary financial support. The expiring contract was extended by a further month until the end of June a few days before it expired. “The uncertainty regarding how to proceed is very stressful, I can no longer sleep at night,” says the 63-year-old.
