Before that, around 14:00 on April 10, De and 3 friends went to Hoc Mo beach in Thanh Duc 2 residential group, Pho Thanh ward to play football. At this time, De saw that there were 2 people, MTTN (14 years old) and NMQ (19 years old) going out to the rocks to play and swim.
About an hour later, hearing a cry for help from the cliff side, De ran out to see and saw someone walking drowned. De bravely plunged into the sea and rescued N. and Q. from the shore, respectively.
This area deep water and the flow was fast, so following saving 2 people in distress, De was also exhausted.
Immediately following that, De and the two people who had the accident were taken to the emergency room at Dang Thuy Tram Regional General Hospital. Currently, the health of all three people is gradually stable. Vo Tan De alone has been discharged home.
