The Association for the development of the social responsibility of organizations in Morocco (RSO) In Morocco will organize on July 12, 2023, in partnership with the Hassan II University of Casablanca, the 6th edition of the International Meetings of the RSO, placed under the aegis of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce. This RSO event in Morocco is dedicated this year to “the impact of CSR on corporate governance”.
“Effective governance relies on integrating the principles of social responsibility into decision-making and implementation processes. These principles are accountability, transparency, ethical conduct, recognition of the interests of stakeholders and respect for the principles of legality, consideration of international standards of conduct and respect for human rights,” said Mohammed. Aziz Derj, president of RSO in Morocco. The objective of this 6th edition is to initiate an in-depth reflection on the question of governance, its relationship with CSR and performance by dealing with the notion of corporate governance, its evolution and its correlation with the dimension ethics and the positive contributions of a CSR approach to “good governance”.
