Kannur: The 6th Malabar Jlotsavam organized by Mangalassery Navodaya Arts and Sports Club will be held on October 29. The competition is held at Kuppam Mangalasseripuzhaya in collaboration with Kannur DTPC. The organizing committee office of the program was inaugurated by Minister MB Rajesh.
Chairman of the Organizing Committee M.Vigin MLA said that the Malabar Water Festival will help in the tourism development and cultural advancement of Kalyassery Mandal and the event will attract more than 80,000 boating fans. Said at the press conference.
Besides the men’s and women’s team boating competition, there will also be kayaking and fly board performance. Kannur DTPC Secretary KJ Gijesh Kumar, Organizing Committee General Convener Anakil Chandran, Organizing Committee Working Chairman D. Haridasan and Navodaya Club Secretary EP Ajith were present.
