In Thailand, a
seven year old girl
she died after being forgotten inside a school bus. The incident occurred while the minor was on her way to school.
The events took place in the Thai province of Chon Buri. There the minor, identified as Nong Ji Hoon, was preparing to attend her school using the school route.
However, upon arrival at the institution, the minor was forgotten inside the vehicle. The above happened because the driver of the vehicle believed that all the minors had gotten off the school bus.
Throughout the day, the minor’s teacher did not notice her absence. It was until 4 in the afternoon, on August 30, 2022, that the girl was found inside the car without vital signs.
The driver and the teacher are charged with negligence for causing the death of another person.
The girl’s parents demand justice for her death.
Local authorities told the
media
that the cause of death of the minor was hyperthermia, and in turn, they ruled out any trace of physical abuse.
Lastly, the local media sent a letter to the Thai Ministry of Justice calling for a more in-depth investigation about the case.
