The IRM warns, Saturday evening, once morest intense showers in the night from Saturday to Sunday. The accumulations over 24 hours may reach or exceed 25 mm in various places. Very locally, accumulations of around 35 or 40 mm in 24 hours will be possible, especially in the provinces of Namur and Luxembourg. This precipitation will fall in part in the form of (melting) snow, says the institute.
In addition, a few snowfalls can sometimes lead to an additional accumulation of a few cm, above 600 meters of altitude.
