Supreme Court ruled teacher rating app Lernsieg permissible. This emerges from a decision published by the Supreme Court on Friday. From the point of view of the supreme judge, anonymous assessments of teachers are covered by the right to freedom of expression (OGH 2.2.2022, 6 Ob 129 / 21w).
