The Coalition to Support Legitimacy in Yemen affirmed today (Sunday) that it will exercise restraint to make the Yemeni-Yemeni dialogue a success under Gulf auspices.
He explained that he reserves the right to respond, stressing the Houthis not to repeat their mistakes in interpreting the coalition’s efforts to end the crisis.
He added that the coalition supports the Gulf and international position for the success of the Yemeni consultations, while the Houthis are trying to thwart them.
And the US National Security Adviser, Jake Sullivan, had confirmed that the Houthi attacks represented a violation of UN Security Council resolutions, noting that the Houthis had rejected calls for a ceasefire and responded with new attacks.
