While Fantastic Beasts: Dumbledore’s Mystery ultimately turns Dumbledore into a gay man, there’s very little else to note about the film beyond that, and for the most part it’s spread out over six an illogical subplot. It looks drab and feels like it’s made by someone who wants to leave the magical premise behind, though the series refuses to have any adult-like politics or opinions.
