The savoury items include Truffle Cheese Puff, Duck Sweet Crisp, Mushroom Pie, Smoked Salmon Salad, Crispy Fried Oxtail balls; desserts include Mini Matcha Tangerine Dumplings, Matcha Caramel Cheesecake, Hojicha Lemony Pear Tart, Black Sesame Matcha Red Bean Puffs, Matcha French Caramel Cake, Salisterra’s Shanti English Muffins are also served with Matcha Beef Oil cream and yuzu mango jam. Customers can choose from a matcha latte, a hojicha latte, or add a premium for a matcha cocktail such as the Matcha Grasshopper with its rich chocolate foam and the Matcha Gin Tonic for a refreshing lightness.
