The Interministerial Conference (CIM) was to consider this Wednesday the administration of the fourth dose of the vaccine against Covid. We have just learned from a very good source that this decision has been postponed. The cause? The absence so far of any scientific consensus here, but also at European level, on the essential side of this fourth dose to protect against the virus.
Is the decision final? Not at all: it is postponed, we are told. But it will only be taken when our nation’s health experts believe it is time to inject a fourth dose into our population. For justified individual cases, one could however imagine the injection of this fourth dose under specific conditions and on request, according to the heart of the CIM.
