The Albert Hotel can no longer accommodate its residents. The establishment located at the corner of King East and Bowen streets in Sherbrooke is considered unsafe for its approximately 25 residents by the Régie du bâtiment du Québec (RBQ) and has been subject to an evacuation order since the end of April. . To this day, rooms in the building known as Hôtel Albert are still occupied.
