Bell Fibe TV services were down for some customers in Quebec and Ontario on Tuesday night.
“Customers in Quebec may currently experience Fibe TV service interruptions. Our technical teams are investigating the cause and will restore service as quickly as possible,” the telecommunications giant briefly stated on its website in the evening. A similar message was also visible on the page dedicated to customers in Ontario.
The outage was first announced shortly after 6 p.m. on the company’s social media.
Bell said that its Fibe TV application is not affected by this outage, the cause of which was not immediately specified.
