“Across all available televisions, the average prices have risen constantly over the past five years – from 1110.54 to now 1465.55 euros,” analyzes Markus Nigl, CEO of Geizhals.at. The difference from 2020 to 2021 alone was 154.19 euros. In contrast, projectors are still much more expensive. But at least the price has fallen from 2124.02 euros this year to an average of 1935.70 euros since 2018.
