Polkadot (DOT), SHIB, and DOGE are the top three performing cryptocurrencies for Saturday.
Polkadot Coin (DOT)
According to CoinMarketCap, the DOT price has increased by 10% in the last 24 hours, making it the best performing cryptocurrency in the top 20 by market cap.
DOT traded at $8.70 today following its price rose more than 6.0% on Saturday.
Polkadot coin price has soared astonishingly more than 30% from its previous weekly lows above $6.50, hitting new highs since mid-July in the process.
DOT price is currently struggling to push above the resistance area at the top at $8.0, but if it manages to break above $9.0, the door will be open for a quick rally to $10.
Shiba Inu currency (SHIB)
According to CoinMarketCap, the price of Sheba has increased by regarding 6.0% in the past 24 hours, making it the second best performing cryptocurrency.
Sheba reached $0.0000125, sharply higher from the previous weekly lows of $0.000010, but still below the recent highs of $0.000013. A breakout above this level is what SHIB really needs to go up.
Dogecoin (DOGE)
According to CoinMarketCap, the price of Dogecoin has increased by regarding 5.0% in the past 24 hours, making it the third best performing cryptocurrency.
DOGE traded around $0.072, sharply higher than the previous weekly low of $0.06.
But the price was not able to break above the recent highs at the top at $0.07, and was not challenged at the $0.08 level.
If the cryptocurrency broad rally continues and DOGE price is able to move higher, it will face further resistance at $0.09. A break above there might pave the way for a return to $0.10.
