Zozaya Arquitectos created Punta Majahua, a residential project in the town of Troncones, Ixtapa, Guerrero. In addition to its organic and fluid architecture that blends with the ecosystem, the concept is interesting for its six buildings with three levels each and five to eight residences, created with bioclimatic design strategies that respond to water scarcity. The ideal residents are people who “seek a different lifestyle, more natural, more in harmony with the origins and coasts of the Mexican Pacific”, according to the Zozaya Arquitectos team, although it has multiple areas of various forms of entertainment, such as a paddle tennis court and a tennis court, a family pool, a semi-Olympic swimming lane, a gym, among others.
