Xiaomi in China introduces third sub-brand other than Redmi and Poco

Rumors have spread that Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi will introduce a new sub-brand.

Overseas media Mobile Indian, citing sources, reported that Xiaomi plans to launch a new sub-brand or new series.

The media did not mention sub-brands and series names, but said, “The new sub-brand will target users with a lot of interest in IT.” claimed.

“It runs on a near-genuine Android OS with no Xiaomi apps or bloatware, and 3 years of OS updates and 4 years of security patches are guaranteed,” he added.

In addition, Xiaomi’s new sub-brands will be manufactured in factories in India, and the price is expected to range from 15,000 rupees (regarding 245,000 won) to 25,000 rupees (regarding 409,000 won).

Meanwhile, Xiaomi currently has two sub-brands: Redmi and Poco.
