“Carnival Night” is rightfully considered one of the most striking works in the acting career of Lyudmila Gurchenko. However, along with popularity, the artist acquired a shameful secret, which she kept like the apple of her eye.

It turned out that the famous director and director of Mosfilm, Ivan Pyryev, was an avid womanizer. It was with his light hand that Gurchenko got into Ryazanov’s film.
