Al-Marsad newspaper: A citizen seized government land in the Al-Shula neighborhood in Dammam, by fencing it a year ago, with trees and barrels, and protecting it with stray dogs.
According to “Al-Youm”, the aggressor does not own the land, and he brought stray dogs, to threaten and frighten the employees of government agencies, who initiate the reports, while the people of the neighborhood mentioned that these stray dogs threaten the safety of everyone.
The aggressor also removed all warning labels directed at him, which amounted to more than 6 warnings, while the West Dammam Municipality began summoning the citizen, to take all legal measures against him.
