The opposition between the pilots’ union, Aeropers, and the airline Swiss is hardening once more. Terminated by management in February 2021 in order to adapt it to the covid crisis, the new collective labor agreement (CCT) is still the subject of tough negotiations, while a first deadline was set for 31 March 2022 by the company.
