According to a statement issued by the Polish Foreign Ministry last week, exceptions will only apply to “dissidents (with the government of Vladimir Putin), humanitarian cases, family members, holders of residence permits, carriers, diplomats, as well as transit of travelers to and from the Russian enclave of Kaliningrad on the Baltic”.
