A report to the Ministry of Health: Isn’t it possible that all the people have a vitamin D deficiency?!

by Alexandra Hartman Editor-in-Chief

Hossam Mowafi, Professor of Critical Cases at the Faculty of Medicine, Kasr Al-Ainy, revealed the wrong use of vitamins and the deficiency of some of them in many people, saying: Most of the Egyptian people suffer from a deficiency in vitamin D: “What I see now is that the entire Egyptian people have a deficiency.” Vitamin D, it is not possible for an entire country to have a vitamin D deficiency.”

Muwafi added, during his hosting on “Al-Nahar” channel, on Tuesday evening: “This is a report from me to the Ministry of Health. The matter is not normal, especially in conjunction with television advertisements urging a vitamin D test.”

The professor of critical cases at the Faculty of Medicine in Kasr Al-Ainy indicated that he does not question the analysis laboratories, but it is possible that the problem may be in the “ketes”, which are the materials that measure the ratio, as it is possible that they contain anything wrong.
