Ronaldo scored his 700th goal when Manchester United beat Everton at Goodison Park

Manchester United intends to protest any attempt to stop its superstar, Cristiano Ronaldo, in the April mobile phone accident at Everton.

And coach Eric Tanhag said the Portuguese player “would not accept” the charge of “misconduct or violent conduct” brought once morest him by the FA.

Ronaldo received an alert from the police following he threw a mobile phone from a fan’s hand, in an accident that occurred following his team’s 1-0 defeat to Everton at Goodison Park.

Ronaldo has until Monday to respond to the federation charge, which will only take place following the end of the local police investigation, which began in August.
