King Abdullah Medical City has clarified 7 ways to prevent seasonal influenza with the approach of winter, in the forefront of which was taking the seasonal influenza vaccine annually.
The city indicated that prevention methods include washing hands well and regularly with soap and water, avoiding touching the eyes or mouth immediately following touching surfaces, and avoiding direct contact with the infected person and sharing tools.
She pointed out that the methods include using tissues when sneezing and coughing and dispose of them immediately, and making sure to regularly clean surfaces such as tables and chairs, as well as avoiding crowded places.
