The Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC) announced on Friday that it approved the prospectus relating to the increase in CIH Bank’s share capital.
This operation is for a maximum amount of 64,507,300 dirhams with 645,073 shares to be issued, said the AMMC in a press release.
The issue price is set at 310 dirhams, including 210 dirhams of issue premium, specifies the same source, adding that the subscription period runs from November 10 to 30, 2022 inclusive.
