A slight reduction in petrol prices has come into effect in the UAE from today. Petrol is two fils per liter less than last month. But diesel prices have come down by 27 fils per litre. The announcement by the Ministry of Energy that the price of petrol in the UAE has increased sharply in November comes amid fears that the price will rise this month as well.
The price of petrol has been reduced from Dh3 32 per liter to Dh3 30 per litre. Special petrol to Dh3 18 per litre. The price of E-Plus petrol, which was priced at Dh3 13 fils, has been reduced to Dh3 11 fils per litre. It is enough to pay 3 dirhams 74 fils per liter of diesel which was 4.01 dirhams in November. On the basis of international prices, a three-month deficit was recorded till October. Fuel prices had increased by 29 fils per liter last month.
