The sale of cars in Colombia continues to rise despite the hardness of the economy and the increase in prices due to the rise in the dollar. Even with many factors against it, Colombians have decided to buy a car, increasing the profits of the large dealerships, which are on the list of the thousand most important companies in the country.

How much do car dealers in Colombia bill per year?
According to Las 2 Orillas, of the 36 dealerships that are in the country, and that are distributed among the list of the most important companies, 26 are located in Bogotá and that are billing at least more than $130,000 million a year.
The most recognized are those of the Toyota brand, the one with the highest turnover in Colombia, passing $131,000 million; but there is also the distributor Nissan – Dinissan, the distributor of Nissan cars and machinery, which exceeds $127,000 million; but we cannot leave Ford aside with $124,000 million and then come the famous Casa Toro, Mazda, Pracodidacol, Porsche, Autogermana and Metrokia, which are between $60,000 million and $15,000 million.

Many of these dealers belong to wealthy families of the Bogota upper class.. They are part of the councils of the most important private universities in the country and are the kings of business.
