Do not show your passport, ticket or boarding pass at the counters
Abu Dhabi : First phase of services to speed up travel process through biometric system has been launched at Abu Dhabi Airport. Passengers need to show their face at all the counters from the time they arrive at the airport to boarding the plane for their journey.
Smart cameras with advanced technology are installed to capture faces clearly. The new system eliminates the need to show passport, ticket and boarding pass at the counters. Engineer Jamal Salem Al Daheri, CEO and MD of Abu Dhabi Airports, said the airport will continue its efforts to provide better passenger experiences by leveraging new ideas and technology.
