At least 14 people, including 10 guards, were killed in the armed attack at a state prison in the Mexican city of Ciudad Juárez on the US border. At least 24 detainees managed to escape. The local authorities confirmed this on Sunday. The Chihuahua state attorney added in a statement that four people were also injured in the attack.
