(Geoje = Yonhap News) Reporter Lee Joon-young = A man in his 40s was arrested by the police following driving into a convenience store with a grudge when he was sued by the store owner for rioting for not giving out plastic bags following buying something at a convenience store.

The Gyeongnam Geoje Police Station announced on the 15th that it plans to apply for an arrest warrant for Mr. A in his 40s on charges of driving a car into and damaging a convenience store (destruction of special property, etc.).

Mr. A is accused of rushing into a convenience store in Geoje with his vehicle at around 10:30 pm the previous day and destroying the store and interior fixtures.

At the time, the store owner B was inside the convenience store, but he did not collide directly with the vehicle.

A few months ago, when a plastic bag was not given to the convenience store, Mr. A became angry and ran amok.

On this day, it is known that Mr. A was in a state of intoxication.

It is said that following Mr. A broke through the convenience store with his car, he continued to assault the store owner, such as grabbing Mr. B by the collar.

The police, who were dispatched following receiving the report, arrested Mr. A as a current criminal and are investigating the exact circumstances of the incident.
