Media workers asked Mohanlal for his opinion on Siddharth-Kiara marriage as he got out of the airport in the city. Mohanlal’s reply was with a mischievous smile regarding the marriage he was not a part of. ‘I don’t know regarding that. I have not been invited’ was the actor’s reply. When another reporter asked regarding Jaisalmer, Mohanlal replied that it was a ‘beautiful city’ that he had been visiting for years.

Lijo Jose Pellissery’s ‘Malaikottai Valiba’ is being shot in Jaisalmer. Mohanlal was in Jaisalmer for almost a month to complete his parts in Nelson Dilip Kumar’s ‘Jailory’ starring superstar Rajinikanth. PS Rafeeq is writing the screenplay for the film. It also stars Marathi actress Sonali Kulkarni, Kannada actor and comedian Danish Saith and Harish Peradi in lead roles.
